Новая книга о преодолении травмы: Вячеслав Халанский и Светлана Кравчук поучаствовали в международном исследовании

В марте 2019 года в Великобритании вышла книга о преодолении травмы – «Tackling Trauma: Global, Biblical, and Pastoral Perspectives» (под редакцией Paul A. Barker, издательство Langham Global Library). В ней рассматривается травма как универсальное явление, причиной которого могут стать и глобальная катастрофа, и личная трагедия. Авторами статей стали профессионалы из тех стран мира, в которых происходят военные действия. Аннотация
В сборнике также опубликовано исследование, которое мы провели с моей коллегой Светланой Кравчук. Его целью было изучить и проанализировать влияние военных событий в Украине на личность и на семью, выявить доминирующие факторы психологических проблем личности в ситуации военного конфликта. В исследовании приняли участие 246 человек.
New book “Tackling Trauma: Global, Biblical, and Pastoral Perspectives” (edited by Paul A. Barker) was published by Langham Global Library in the UK on March 2019. The authors of the articles are professionals from countries where military conflicts take place. Trauma is a universal phenomenon that can be caused by international catastrophes or individual, personal tragedy. Trauma is also a severely neglected topic in Christian literature. Summary
In this book, a team of experienced and informed Christian professionals from around the world promote a deep biblical response to trauma through clinical and theological wisdom and their first-hand experience of witnessing and experiencing trauma. The contributions provide practical responses to people’s trauma, rather than mere descriptions of the problems, making it an ideal resource for pastors, counsellors, humanitarian workers and students.
The edition also contains a study conducted by Ukrainian psychologists Vyacheslav Khalanskyy and Svitlana Kravchuk. The goal was to analyze the impact of military conflicts in Ukraine on the individual and on the family, to identify the dominant factors of the psychological problems of the individual in a situation of military conflict. 246 people took party in the study.
